about me

I’m an independent marketing communications professional with a passion for sustainability and change.

After working for one of the UK’s leading brands for 14 years, I set up my company in 2013 so that I could provide the sort of support and expertise that I valued so highly from external specialists while I was in-house.

With close to twenty years in the communications profession, I can cover most bases – from writing press releases to company-wide strategy and organisational design, but I’m happiest when I’m focused on change and engagement strategies that make the world better and brighter.

If you want a consultant who just hands over a plan and disappears, I’m probably not the person for you, but if you want someone who cares about whether the plan is going to deliver the promised results, then we’ll definitely have something to talk about.

I’ve never lost my love of learning and so I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), an Accredited Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), a founding Member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS) and an RSA Fellow.

When I’m not working I’m either writing my novel (I know, bit of a cliché, but true), walking (or blogging about) my dogs or faffing about in the garden.
